Online orders

How soon will my order ship?

Great question! We use flat-rate shipping, and all packages ship from the shop in Yoakum, Texas. Shipping times vary from about 4-7 business days, depending on where the items are going, but some packages may take longer to arrive based on distance and weather, among other factors.

All in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days of availability, meaning if your item is in stock we will ship it in 2-3 business days. If the item is out of stock it will show on your order once processed. The status will show 'Backordered' and the date we are expecting to have the item ready to ship will be shown next to the item in the email body.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

No. We require the shipping address and billing address to match in order to reduce fraud. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom orders on our saddles, tack, and pads. Contact our team to discuss your custom order. All custom orders are subject to nonrefundable deposits and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancelation after production has begun.

saddle & tack care

How should I polish the silver on my Tucker saddle

Tucker conchos have been electroplated and have a protective finish to prevent tarnishing. We recommend cleaning only with a damp cloth. Abrasive or chemical cleaners, including silver polish, could result in the removal of the protective finish, which can cause severe damage or tarnishing. Within normal use, saddle silver may be subject to scratches that allow tarnishing. Use a dry, soft cloth to buff away any tarnish.

How should I care for my leather products?

The life of the leather depends upon the care you give it. Most saddles experience the rigors of the environment, and proper care is essential to prolong their life. It is important to regularly clean your saddle and treat the leather with the best oils and leather conditioners available to you. After you ride, or if your saddle gets wet, clean all leather parts that were exposed to sweat and moisture, let dry naturally, and oil. Do not use artificial heat or direct sunlight to dry leather, this will burn it, and it may become brittle and lose its strength. Leather that has been burned through this process should no longer be used.

Do you offer saddle repairs?

Yes, we offer saddle and tack repair and cleaning exclusively on our products. Please contact orders@circley.com or 800-531-3600.

Please have your item number, photos of any damage, and saddle serial number available which is found under the onside seat jockey.

Product Questions

Mule tree & quarter horse tree difference?

The difference is in the “rock” of the trees. The rock is the contour of the bar of the tree, and the back of the horse or mule, from front to back. Typically, mules have a straight back with very little rock. They inherit this conformation trait from their donkey parent. Horses have more contour or sway in their back when compared to a mule. Horses can range from straight-backed (some may use mule trees) to extreme rock (swaybacked).

What seat size do I need?

Seat size is highly subjective and depends on your height, weight, body type, type of saddle, riding discipline, and personal preference. We always recommend a little extra room in the seat over a seat that’s too snug.

How do I use the ErgoBalenceā„¢ Stirrups

Tucker created the ErgoBalance™ stirrup (EBS) design as added comfort for your saddle. What makes these stirrups so great is the angled cone which helps keep a rider balanced in the saddle and decreases knee and ankle fatigue.

The large end of the cone goes towards the horse.

What is the Tucker Horizon Series

A Tucker trail saddle isn’t just a saddle – it’s the ticket for horse enthusiasts and their beloved equine partners to ride for hours at a time while remaining comfortable. To provide trail riding enthusiasts with ultimate comfort, Tucker Trail Saddles is excited to introduce an entirely different level of comfort – the Horizon Series trail saddle. “The new Horizon saddle series was developed from our innovation combined with thousands of hours of trail riders’ feedback,” said Steve Tucker, founder, and president of Tucker Trail Saddles. “We believe these new saddles address all the needs of a trail rider to provide even more comfort for you and your horse.”

What is the Ergo Seat?

Ergonomically-sculptured seat design. This special seat design is available on all Horizon models. We sculptured our Gel-Cush™ padding so that it provides enough height and cushion to soften some of the impact sustained by the rider’s hip bones while also creating a slight relief channel of clearance for the groin and pelvic area. This has been a real breakthrough for riders with groin, prostate, or hemorrhoid sensitivity.
